We are a UK based shop. All items are ready to ship unless stated otherwise in the individual listings.
SHIPPING: I will always try to get your order posted the same day if placed by 2pm - Monday to Friday.
Estimated delivery dates given by Etsy are based on Royal Mail delivery timescales and cannot be guaranteed.
Orders with a SHIPPING UPGRADE need to be placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) in order to be posted same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be posted the next working day although I will always try to get them in the post the same day if possible.
I only post to UK addresses.

SALE and CLEARANCE: All items in these categories have been reduced but please be aware that the % off can change at any time and cannot be applied after an order has been placed. No item that has been reduced in price comes in a free gift box but if you want a gift box you can add one to your order from the Gift Packaging section of my shop.
I no longer work with resin so am unable to undertake any bespoke/custom orders using your own precious items that you want cast in resin.

I accept payment by credit or debit card through Etsy Payments or PayPal. I also accept Etsy Gift Cards.
If you already have an Etsy or PayPal account please ensure the address you have registered is correct and up to date.
Shipping
Please check that the delivery address on your order is correct. Any mistakes are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be rectified after a parcel has been posted.
GIFT ORDERS: If you are buying as a gift and having it delivered direct to the recipient please leave me a message at checkout if you don't want any order paperwork in the package. Marking the order "gift included" will mean no pricing is shown on the packing slip.
I can add a message from you (no additional charge) as long as you tell me before I pack the parcel and post it.
GIFT PACKAGING: In order to keep my prices as low as possible I do not include "free" gift boxes but there is the option to add a gift box for a small additional charge. All orders for jewellery without a gift box will come carefully wrapped in tissue paper.
GIFT BOX ORDERS: I try to recycle packaging so orders for gift boxes will often be packed in recycled bubble wrap, newspaper or boxes.
